  7. Linux Mint has come a long & now usable for less geeky people as well. I strongly recommend new Linux Mint 14.1 (with media codecs) to download for a user new to Linux. Unlike Windows & Ubuntu, it comes with media codecs & software for all the common needs pre-installed. Also, many more are available from repository. I installed only web browsers of my choice & two screen recorders in addition to those which came pre-installed.

  8. Hey Kalinga,You are keep blaming for Apple and iOS.Not this program but in previous ones.So I’m going to tell my true experience about sucking Android.

    The whole OS is buggy, laggy, slow and just not suitable as a mobile OS.Each time I use Android because things just doesn’t work on Android, slow response from the touchscreen, back button doesn’t respond, keyboard laggs while typing, even scrolling through menus are laggy those are just some of the plethora of pain-in-the-asses I have to deal with. I have a Dual-core Galaxy S2, rooted and flashed with stock Jelly Bean (because f***ing Samsung is so slow and releasing updates), overclocked to 1.2GHz and it still runs slower than my 4th Generation iPod touch with a 800mhz processor that is underclocked to 600MHz, games freezes all the time and very laggy, loading times are much longer than on my iPod touch, and the stupid touchscreen is just not responsive at all.
    Not saying that iOS is extremely good (I hate some of iOS limitations) but Android just sucks even more than ios, making even something as shitty as iOS to look good beside it.
    And the shittiest part is that the latest high end Android phones like the Galaxy S3, HTC One X, and Nexus 4 needs a power hungry Quad-core CPU just so that it could run smoothly while iOS and Windows Phone can do that with just a Dual-core CPU (AND IT’S STILL NOT AS SMOOTH AS IOS AND WINDOWS PHONE even on a quad core)

    So you are telling most people blaming for Android with poor phones.These are the high end androids.Galaxy s2 and s3 s are just a shits.I just can’t believe how you use android.There are so many viruses around android.

    Please don’t tell opinions with your iPad 1.Because you are comparing every Android with your ancient iPad 1.ios 5.1.1 on a iPad 1 is also a shit.Because iPad 1 has a 256 mb ram.it event can’t do tabbed browsing.so please blame for apple and ios with correct experience.test ios on a iPhone 5,4S or iPad 2,3,4 or something.it is the most fluid experience on a mobile device.

    Please think before blame!
